1. Product and Services

The AvioLearn brand includes, but is not limited to, the following products and services:

• Websites: https://b737.aviolearn.com, https://aviolearn.net, https://aviolearn.tech

• Web-based training platforms and learning systems

• Question banks, flashcards, and educational content

• Digital applications and related services

• Ongoing updates, improvements, and support

Hereafter collectively referred to as “AvioLearn”.

2. Purpose of the Platform

AvioLearn is provided strictly for training purposes only.

All content is intended to support theoretical learning related to aircraft such as AvioLearnB738 and AvioLearnB38M MAX aircraft.

You must not use AvioLearn for operational purposes under any circumstances.

No part of this platform should be interpreted as operational guidance.

3. Approval

AvioLearn has no connection, affiliation, or approval from any aircraft manufacturer (including Boeing), airline, or aviation authority.

The content has not been reviewed, approved, or validated by any official organization.

No part of this content should be interpreted as suggesting any form of approval or endorsement.

4. Disclaimer

The content of AvioLearn:

• May be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate

• May not reflect specific aircraft configurations or operator procedures

• May contain errors or incorrect information

Accuracy is not guaranteed.

You must not rely on this content as a source of operational information.

5. Limitation of Use

AvioLearn must never be considered or used as:

• Operational guidance

• A substitute for official manuals

• A reference for real-world aircraft operation

You must always consult and follow official publications provided by:

• The aircraft manufacturer (including Boeing)

• Your employer

• Approved aviation authorities

These official publications must be your sole reference for procedures and data.

6. Liability

Use of AvioLearn is entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• AvioLearn accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any use of the platform

• All responsibility rests solely with the user

• The user assumes full responsibility for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of AvioLearn

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Errors or omissions in content

• Misinterpretation of information

• Improper or unintended use

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Operational issues, data loss, or personal harm

Under no circumstances shall AvioLearn be held liable for any damage, loss, or consequence arising from its use.

7. Copyright

All content within AvioLearn is protected by copyright.

• No copying, reproduction, or redistribution is allowed

• This includes text, images, questions, and digital materials

• Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited

Any infringement may result in immediate legal action.

8. Updates and Modifications

AvioLearn reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

• Modify, update, or remove any content

• Change features, services, or functionality

• Revise or update these Terms of Use

These Terms of Use may be changed at any time at AvioLearn’s sole discretion.

It is the user’s responsibility to review the Terms regularly.

Continued use of AvioLearn after any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Partial Invalidity

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable,
the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Refunds / Payments

All payments and in-app purchases for AvioLearn are processed by Apple via the App Store. Refund eligibility and processing are determined by Apple and handled through Apple’s refund process (reportaproblem.apple.com). AvioLearn cannot issue refunds directly and does not control Apple’s refund decisions or timelines.,
